While this text doesn't appear in the game itself it is easy to modify SWRD.CC to display it as above (without the blurred phone numbers). Simply open SWRD.CC with a hex editor, navigate
to offset 1F1D7H, and change the original value of 3E to 3F -- then start a new game.
